US Open 2006

For anyone that hasn't been to the US Open, you should DEFINATELY go. It was quite an experience. I was a bit sad that they wouldn't let night ticket holders see Sharapova but I managed to snap a few from the top of Arthur Ashe with my 300mm. The night was great though. What's not to love about attending an event sponsored by one of my favorite beer companies?

I saw Mauresemo and Serena Williams that night along with Leyton Hewitt and Richard Gasquet. TONS of paparazi pictures on my site as always. snapp

The Protector

What did Derek think? I thought it was pretty good. I enjoyed the edge of the seat action scenes and humorous at the same time. Theres even a secret cameo! Granted Quentin Tarentino had some to do with the American release, I had enjoyed it. Anyone who's seen Ong Bak definately needs to see it. My only recommendation is to not to sit next to the asshole that decides to almost fight someone in the theater. Silly wannabe guido!

Senior year... what?!

I'm a senior... WHAT?! I can't believe it I had actually made it this far. Come to think about this time next year I'll be an official member of the real world! So what I've heard about getting this far is true. It isn't all that bad. I mean classes all day Tuesday and just Wednesday afternoon? After that it's pretty much a 5 day weekend, with the exception of the 6, 12 hour shifts @ Westchester Medical Centers Peds PACU. Which I should admit is pretty ballar. The children's wing is a pimp new section WMC got over there. I lucked out by getting a day shift as opposed to the night shift.

Anyway it's senior year! Only how many days till graduation!

OH and PS: I get inducted to the nursing honor society next Sunday =)
